Our company goes beyond the boundaries when it comes to quality and food safety in its alliance with NCSU’s Food Science Program. Our Internship program has had numerous, bright college students come to work with us. Over the years, the intern students have had an opportunity to learn many facets of our processing while they have in turn contributed to strengthening our food safety/HACCP programs. It’s been very successful!
