Vanguard Culinary Group is co-owned by Charles G. Manis and Phillip R. Taylor.
Charlie and Phil started Vanguard Culinary Group over 25 years ago. Over the years, they grew the company into a very successful, customer-oriented food processing
business.

Charlie jokingly admits that his biggest fault is that he cannot say no to customers and new business. With that mantra, Vanguard Culinary Group has developed hundreds of food products spanning across Ready to Eat (RTE), Frozen, Modified Atmosphere (MAP) Refrigerated categories, Sous Vide Frozen or Refrigerated.
